In order to ensure the success of the project, knowledge and expertise has been gathered from five European countries, namely Norway, Portugal, Austria, United Kingdom and Denmark, all of whom will be – and have been - contributing to the aims and objectives of the project and ensuring its successful completion in October 2015.

The school centre is not for everybody! On the contrary, this is a school for somebody. The pupils at Møllehagen school centre have some kind of need for an adapted education. The reason why does vary from the pupil who is at the hospital, is in a psychiatric unit or because of problems that is linked to child care. Additional to these groups, there are pupils who attend Møllehagen just because we have the knowledge to adapt education to this specific difficulty.
Approximately a hundred persons are working at Møllehagen. There are a lot of pedagogues at Møllehagen. All of them are educated in the science of education. The level of specialisation varies from those two who are studying to become dr. scient, a handful that has got their master in special pedagogic and the rest who are teachers and supplied this education with one or two more years where special educational needs are the topic. There are also number of persons with education related to social care.
The crisis is often the reason why the pupils go to the school at Møllehagen. Whether it is becuase he has been run over by a car or has got a cancer diagnosis does not matter. The crisis can also be in the family such as alcoholised parents or parents with psychiatric problems. It can also be that the psychatric problems are within the pubpil itself.
The youngest of our pupils you will find at the hospital. Children below school age does get help from us it is necessary. As an example a child born too early often gets nutrition in an artificial way and has to learn to eat normally. The oldest you will find at the department for adults who wants to take high school exam.
Our latest established unit does most of its work at the home school of the pupil. Our teaches observe and guide the teachers. We do think that when we succeed to make the change at the lowest possible level, the success is more valuable for all participants.
Our work does often consist of adaptation, and that is what we do concerning courses as well. We often get a call where we are aksed: Can you....? Our aim is as often and soo as possible say YES!

RSBD fosters co-operation between SMEs, NGO’s, public institutions and research and educational institutions regionally, nationally and across the borders of Europe. Its intention is to strengthen the ties between Schools and businesses in Rogaland county and other National and European regions, stimulate school development processes, innovative business development and enhance cultural understanding between partners and regions. The foundation focuses also on international projects where dissemination of good practise, innovation and educational course development are the most important areas. It is a non-profit organisation. The key personnel of the foundation have 12 years experience with Comenius, Leonardo, Grundtvig, Nordplus and Interreg projects as well as several regional and national development projects. The personal expertise of staff ranges from masters of school administration, masters of philology, masters of business development, specialities in human resources, regional development and nature- based tourism. The organization is also very focused on education and special needs students (learning difficulties, diagnosis, motivation problems, personal health problems of students etc) with a recent main focus on evidence based strategies for developing better learning and better conditions for individual learning.

und Personaltraining GmbH
BEST Institut für berufsbezogene Weiterbildung und Personaltraining GmbH, Austria BEST was founded in 1987 as an independent vocational qualification institute. Its main activities comprise adult education, vocational qualification, guidance of unemployed people and training of key qualifications for re-integration into the labour market. The institute offers training facilities for up to 15.000 students per year (2013). The training methods for different target groups include own pedagogic and didactic methods, especially for integration and motivation, as well as e-Learning based trainings which are constantly being updated. As one of the first training institutes in Austria, BEST has become a certified Eco-C-centre (European Communication Certificate) and provides respective trainings and tests. Within its International Projects Department, BEST shows long experience of cooperation more than 110 European projects, both as coordinator and partner. The institute is focused on exchange of experience and practice, as well as joint development with European partners.
|University of the West of England|
The University of the West of England, Bristol (UWE) is one of the most popular in the UK, with more than 30,000 students, which includes over 1,600 international students, and over 5,000 postgraduates, and is one of the largest (6th) in England in terms of full-time undergraduate enrolment. The University's annual turnover is in excess of £200m with 3400 members of staff.
For this project, it is the internationally renowned Centre for Appearance Research (CAR) that is involved.
The Centre comprises 30 health, social and clinical psychologists specialising in behaviour change and the design, implementation and evaluation of interventions. Members of the Centre specialise in a variety of areas including the promotion of social and cultural diversity.
|Europe Youth Parliament Azores|
The European Youth Parliament -Azores (EYP) has enrolled in its Statutes as its principal objective to be the of the voice of the Azorean civil society in the European Union and of the European Union in the Azores . This objective has been achieved progressively in different areas, involving youngsters , individuals, public entities, associations and regional authorities in areas related to European affairs, which concern us as citizens. Our NGO began mainly focused on Youth, covering all Secondary and Vocational Schools and the University of the Azores with awareness sessions and competitions that allowed young people to broaden their horizons through a practical experience in Europe. In addition, we also founded the service Work in Europe through which members of our Association have detailed information according to their preferences, on jobs in the European Internal Market private sector, even helping with other solutions such as translation and aids in the development of CVs, cover letters and contacting employers. We also had the pleasure of hosting interns from Spain, France and Estonia and the possibility of Azorean youngsters to benefit from practical experience through their involvement in European projects. EYP AZORES already developed under the Youth in Action, particularly with Madeira, Canary Islands , Norway, Romania, and our international partnership have been recently extended to Bulgaria , Turkey , Estonia , Italy, Belgium , Iceland , Latvia , Denmark , Poland and Croatia. We also have a more academic context which led to the creation of the Think Tank on European Public Policy where representatives of different sectors of civil society contribute to Recommendations that are published in the European Commission website “your voice in Europe” and the Committee of the Regions under the “Multilevel Governance Platform”.
Tradium is one of the largest combined technical and business colleges in Denmark. Tradium primarily offers upper secondary general and vocational education as well as education and training courses for adults, companies and organisations wanting to update their knowledge and skills within business or technical competences. Tradium has approximately 3.500 full time students/year.
Tradium is a self-governing, non-profit institution founded in 2010 as a merger of well-reputed colleges with historic roots back to 1800s. This merger builds bridge between the commercial/business educations on one side and the technical educations and training on the other. With two business colleges, a science college and several centres providing vocational programmes and supplementary training, Tradium offers a wide range of training and courses targeted for a modern society and a world constantly on the move. Tradium has a long tradition of involving the companies, management and labour and the social partners at all levels of management.
